Today we worked on solving problems together as a class. We went through the steps on how to solve problems, and then the students worked in pairs and with objects to solve problems.

List Writing

We worked on writing a proper list again, as the students will be writing their OWA next week!  

Journal

The children’s writing has really improved since the beginning of the year! I find that a lot of the students are still forgetting some basic punctuation rules. I also find that they rush and forget to add some detail in their sentences. Today we wrote a journal entry together as a class and we paid particular attentions to these specific skills. The students then wrote their own journal entry.
