Hello parents! I sent home a permission form regarding the field trip to Maples, which is our new “sister” school. There is no cost for this trip. We will be heading over around 11:30 am on Thursday, and will return in time for pick up. Please send the permission form tomorrow, or else you child will not be able to attend, and will have to stay home for that day. It is also spirit week, so please have students come dresses in their house colours!

This week is SPIRIT WEEK!!! This is a great opportunity for children to show how much St. Jude’s spirit they have! Pease pay attention to the following dates:

Students are learning about spatial sense today! They are learning how maps are so important!

Novel Study

Today we read some of chapter 9, which deals with Piglet writing a letter. The students were given an opportunity to write their very own letter to Piglet! Then we continued to read chapter 9, and had to find something in the classroom they could float on! We watched some of the Winnie the Pooh movie after.
