Our Day
French – Mme. Stella
Dramatic Art – Mr. Monaghan
Gym – Ms. Lovan
Math
Today in we took up our review as a
class, and the children were able to ask questions if they did not understand
something. Then, we did some activities in class for extra practice! The
students are doing a great job, so a quick little review on the weekend would
be great, so they are ready for Monday!
UOI – Unit of Inquiry
Today in UOI, we made responsibility
flowers! The students made a stem and leaves, and cut out petals, but did not
glue the petals on yet! Every time they show that they are responsible they
earn a petal for their flower!
Novel Study
Today in our novel study we reviewed
what happened in chapter 2. Then, the students finished up their story map if
it was not completed on Tuesday.
Writing
Journal:
What changes happen in the fall? What are you favourite things about fall? (4
sentences with a picture)
I am trying
to get the students to start their own sentences independently now, so we reviewed
how to write a proper sentence before we began our journals.
Have a
great night!
Ms. Rossi
