Hello everyone! I just wanted to remind everyone of the Gala, which will take place on February 22, 2014. Its going to be a great, and I really hope to see you all there :) The lunch forms for February are due Thursday, January 23^rd, 2013. On the form it says that it is due on the Friday, but that is an error. Sorry for the inconvenience. Take a look at our day.

Grade 1

The grade ones worked on their math skills in their arithmetic workbooks.

Grade 2 

The grade two’s learned how to interpret a graph, and the type of language that is important when explaining a graph. The students made their own graph, and explained it to their classmates.

Grade 1

Today, the grade 1’s filled out a KWL chart regarding inventions. They had to tell me what they already know about inventions, what they want to know, and later they will fill out what they have learned.

Grade 2 

Grade twos continued to work on letters that will be sent out to the Olympic speed skating team.  The Grade twos will work at making complete paragraphs that show their curiosity and hope for our Canadian athletes.
